Attention + Regulation Skills Group
Are you struggling to manage your attention and emotions? Do you have a difficult time initiating tasks and organizing your life? Our attention + regulation skills group allows you to practice evidence-based ways of improving your attention in a supportive group atmosphere.

Where is the group located and when do you meet?
This group meets virtually to be convenient and accessible. We strive to design and implement the highest quality of virtual groups. Date and time TBD. Individuals in other States and time zones are welcome to join.
When do I need to enroll?
Please enroll in this group during July or early August 2025 to reserve your intro session and spot in the group.
How much does the group cost?
$40 per group session. Group members commit to paying this tuition each week that the group meets. We meet for about 16 weeks, and follow a schedule. Group members can use Aetna, Lyra, and out-of-network benefits.
What if I just want to sample the group to see if I like it?
You can have plenty of opportunity to speak with the group leaders to determine if this group is a good fit for you. Past group members have been very satisfied. You will also have an intro session. Nevertheless, it is important that people commit to create a healthy group atmosphere.
I have further questions.
Please reach out to set up a time for a consultation to discuss your options in more depth. You can also ask questions via email or text. samuel@fosteringgrowthandcooperation.com, 513-201-7765
