How much do sessions cost? 

Prior to receiving reimbursement from your insurance company, my current self-pay rate is $200 per therapy session. 

 

Are you in-network with insurance companies? 

For Ohio clients, I am currently in-network with Aetna and Quest Behavioral Health through Headway. For Massachusetts clients, I am in network with Anthem through Headway. I continue to look up insurance companies to determine whether I can be in-network with them. 

 

How do you help facilitate receiving reimbursement from my insurance company if I am out of network? 

If you have insurance and you are out of network, you should definitely be receiving a percentage of my fee from your insurance company. To facilitate that process, I ask you to sign up for Thrizer. If you have met your deductible, Thrizer only makes you pay a calculated co-pay upfront, and Thrizer pays the rest while they wait on your insurance to reimburse them. Thus, if you are out of network, you should not have to pay the full self-pay fee upfront if you have met your deductible. 

 

Do you see clients in-person or via telehealth, and what States? 

Currently, I see clients via telehealth or in-person. For telehealth, I see clients in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, or any of the PSYPACT states. Please keep in mind that in-network insurance companies are limited to certain states though.
