What's different about FG&C's anxiety group?

Although individual therapy and medication are very helpful for anxiety, it can be easy to avoid evidence-based practices that would really help you to decrease your anxiety over time:

--We practice the techniques that have the most evidence to be effective AND we practice them together.
--We also integrate strategies that uniquely recognize the ways that our modern society is perpetuating anxiety by considering ancient wisdom and anthropology to make our practices more holistic.

--We are very supportive of each other. We celebrate each other's successes and address challenges directly.
